Urinary Tract Infections (UTI)

Pharmacy Mentor works alongside your GP to provide you with streamlined prescription ordering and dispensing. It’s easy for you to manage your health on the go with us.

We can dispense your medication for you by using our prescription ordering form. To dispense your NHS prescriptions, you’ll have to fill out our EPS Nomination form as well and nominate us as your chosen dispensary.
